Looking for a Golf Membership

My Wife gave me permission to buy a membership for a Golf Course of my choice. First choice is north ryde golf club, carnarvon golf club and lastly parramatta(the latter is closest..and cheapest)
Seems like every club has no idea of how to package their membership to make it lucrative to players like you and I.
Anyway, whether I sign up to a club or not I just want to keep enjoyng my game, my new golf clubs from golfonline.com.au and keep playing Corporate Golf with my Clients. Which brings me to think - Would I have enough time for a membership

Ashlar Golf Course in Sydney Golf Apparel and Golf Equipment

Had a good game at Ashlar Golf Course in Sydney today. I will keep my score private as it was not that impressive. After not playing for about 2 months I joined my brother in law and a mate and played 18 holes.

I was also keen to test out my new r11s driver which I bough online from golfonline.com.au

As a golf marketer, I also asked the boys where they bought their equipment and golf balls from. I was quite amazed that both of them also bought their golf equipment online.

Seems like it is all happening online these days, except a pure game of 18 holes - aaah..the smell of fresh air!!
 

Proud to be a Hacker

As someone that's involved in the industry I am lucky to get out and play twice a month. Yes, I do Golf Marketing for lots of Clients after spending 4+ years researching the Golf Industry in Australia.

I always say to my Clients, I'm a Marketer first, Golfer second! Anyway, I play at a few public courses around Sydney and also looking at a membership so I can take my game more seriously. Also, a new set of clubs would help so might go shopping online at Golf Coupons, Golf Online, Playball or couple other stores around Sydney. I might check out some Golf Equipment reviews before making a decision on what clubs I buy.

It will be Callaway, Titleist, Ping, Taylormade or Cleveland..

Yes, My Golf Clubs have served me well but I think its time to step up with a membership and new set of irons. Stay tuned, I will let you know where I join and what clubs I buy
